the simple secret of stand alone overunity is that you have an invertor  coupled to a transformer  ferrite or air core. which is effected by Hf connected to ground wound over the invertor transformer. the output coil is also grounded but wound in opposite direction of the hf coil. the effect of Hf creates an effect which reduces amps draw and works as static flux which interacts with magnetic flux giving  more amps with reduced voltage. this is basic

kapanadze uses two stages one stage he uses to pull ions from ground and feed the above circuit. so he can power  kilowatts loads but principle is same.
