Hi a.king21. Sure, and I am not trying to discourage anyone. I am just trying to clear up what appears to be
some misconceptions. It's anyone's guess on what things Tesla may have discovered in his many
experiments and chose to keep to himself, or did not pursue because he was focused on other goals.  However misconceptions
aren't going to help anyone. I am still experimenting away on the Akula and Ruslan type devices whenever I have time, as I
haven't given up on those devices yet. Lots more experimenting to do there yet.

  Your pcb looks great. I can just see the day when something like that, will be part of the circuit, like the motherboard, of a free energy device. Available for sale at E-Bay, Amazon, Walmart, etz...  Why not?

As the Exciter crt is much more efficient, and the draw is much less, as compared to the Kacher crt.  The "Exciter" design is also somewhat similar to some of the "Energy From the Air", devices shown by Dr. Stiffler, that could self run as well.

I do not recall having studied Dr. Stiffler's work that his devices could self-run. Can you show me a reference to that from him?
