Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

I see you speak about Sokolovsky.  I did follow him before and to be honest I think he is just joke.
I remember one clip where he was apparently drunk saying that he is doing this for money and not to expect he will share some findings. He was saying something he is going somewhere abroad ( I think Bulgary) to sign some contract or so.  In his video -two batteries ,one diode and two LEDs- you can clearly see the connections but when you try it yourself  , it doesn't work. What I want to say is just do not expect anything from that man.

Better check the document I pasted below and try to experiment with that. I do the same.  Still the key to Kapanadze ;)

This is yet another example to show that there are a too many sad people out there having a good laugh at those taking their videos seriously. I find it hard to understand why so many people get taken in with these joke videos that fail to show build details and measurements.

Hi Jeg. How are your tests going with this? Sounds like you are getting better power transfer from the inverter to the load,
but not necessarily more than that. What is the capacitiance value of the capacitors you are charging? What's an m.o. capacitor?
All the best...

Hi Void
Definitely my new setup with this higher frequency at inductor's line is not giving OU results by itself, but the efficiency of transferring the energy became higher for sure. MOC stands for Microwave Oven Capacitors. 10 caps in parallel forming a 10uF cap is my cap bank. I connected an air core chock of about 5mH in series with the bank, and after this i connected in parallel a smaller cap in the order of 1nF discharging through a small spark gap. I tried to light some bulbs with this setup. My first try was a fail as i burned out my 100w bulb. Then i connected some more bulbs in parallel forming a load of 300w. They are full bright but with a quick series of flashings (not steady bright). This shows that my system can't deliver enough current to charge my bank quicker, but still no low frequency is involved on this and no earth ground. Just charging them using only the inductor line. Hopefully today i will try to get my grenade into play. I feel that with some simple moves we can definitely manage to make something decent. Perhaps cap discharging have to take place through a primary of an air core transformer introducing this way some resistance and reactance keeping this way a more steady discharging.

Hi Jeg. Ah, I see, microwave oven capacitors. I should have figured that one out. ;) Yeah, a sparkgap will release power in pulses
which will make the bulbs flicker and appear brighter overall than they really are, since our eyes average out the
light somewhat. Ok on the better power transfer in your tests. My testing with capacitor pulsing has not shown
anything too unexpected or unusual, even when trying to employ Earth ground in different ways. No excess
energy seen so far. Whatever Ruslan did in his supposed output capacitor pulsing video is still a mystery
to me, beyond the obvious possibility of Ruslan misrepresenting in some way of what he was really doing.  :)

Maybe getting the tesla coil waveform in proper sync with the inverter waveform is a critical factor. At some points Ruslan
said it was very important, but then he showed some devices apparently using only a free running kacher driver which did not
seem to use any synchronization circuitry. I intend to experiment with the waveform sync approach when I get the chance.
I am also still considering if there could be something else altogether that we may have been missing.  ;)

Void.  Not a hint at all. Exactly the opposite, but I'm trying to tease some info out of him via skype texts.
John K1 I hear you very loud and clear. Sokolovsky has a device just like some of your diagrams. ;)

Hi a.king21. I guess if you make it clear to him that your interest will disappear quickly if he doesn't give
you some clear ideas of what he is doing, and show some proper and useful measurements, you may get
a better idea of where he is at. He will either continue to obfuscate and play games, or he will comply to some extent. If
he continues to play games or offer up only vague info, then it would seem he has nothing of real value to offer. ;)

In one of his videos he appears to be showing that he is lighting a light with much more power than he is putting in.
If that interpretation of the video is right, then with a few circuit additions he should be able to set up a clean demo showing
this as a self runner. That, and some explanation of at least the general principles of what supposedly is making the
device over unity might be a good start. Still it is hard to judge even from a decently done video demonstration. As we
all know, there are lots of self-deluded people and outright fakers and fraudsters out there. Certainly though if the guy
is looking for investors, he should be at least willing to make a clear and clean video demonstration to a potential investor's
specific requirements as a start to help alleviate some doubts about some of the more obvious tricks anyway. You still never can
know for sure from any video however, and even seeing such a demo in person can't rule out all trickery unless you are able to make your
own up close inspections and measurements, etc. Assessing these many claims and devices is no easy task, that is for sure. :)
