  I'll test the ground cable length today, by connecting a LONG ground line to my water well, that's in my back yard, similar to what Akula did.  And I'll then compare the results (if any) to my current earth ground that I'm using now.

   The first Akula device worked without a ground, so, a ground may not be essential just for the device to work. But, ALL other self runners that have been shown, used a ground connection. And the 37.5 meter length is what was recommended.

  I'm currently using a 5 meter ground line, to the ground outside my house, but I don't notice anything too spectacular when connecting it up to my device from this short a cable length, as my set up is not synced up as well as it could be.

After reading this attached document few days back translated from Ruslan group chat.

Ruslan did mention in document without the pulse the device will not work.

Another pointer to note there are some part in document which he did indirectly mention he produced decoys as well.I think there were 3 decoys and 1 real.

Few days back i have just completed fabricating my 1st double sided PCB board which hold nanosecond generator,RF mosfet driver,RF mosfet(50Mhz) and the state of the art nanosecond circuit
which needs mere 28volts to get around 1.5kv.

As usual i got to wait for components eg:1.5kv damper diodes and smd capacitor assorted to arrive hopefully in around 10 days time.

That divice not running in selfrunner mode. It turning on and turning off. And kacher is consuming power from other source.
