  You had asked for advice, and also what we thought about your set up. 
  This is my reply:
  Well, I know that you won't see the "complete" results if you are using components that have already been tried and found not to work optimally.  Such as with the smaller yoke that Akula WAS using on his first tries, along with those small fets, and smaller bulbs that you are using. Will not give you any better results than what you are seeing. But, it's up to you, to use what is known to work, or not.  Most guys here are also not building an exact replication, nor have they gotten the expected results.
 
  If the recommended 37.5 meter ground line is different on your set up, you may not see any improvement, or very little to none. You can also try to coil up the ground as Ruslan has suggested, and which Akula most always does, as well, but Akula connects the long ground to the metal pipe that is next to the water source.

  That ground line works along with the 37.5 meter grenade's output coil, so if you are using 40 meter ground line, that may not sync up with the grenade.
   I've made my points, you can believe it not. As I've already tried these things for myself.

That Circuit you posted of Usilitel Toka Nazarov Olexiy,
the circuit gives me a Idea! , Remember my ground dependent device? flyback and cap with 2 SG's for fine tuning and earth connection ?
This circuit, hmmm seems it can be self fed this way , but can be amplified adding an extra coil system to it.
Instead of a Auto Ignition coil, I'll be using the flyback, see if it can.
Ofcourse I will continue on the Ruslan Device too, using some Akula circuits

Btw translation of C2, capacitor nonpolar, high voltage for sure.
TR1 step down transformer, F is SG tunable pulse of arc.

Awesome man , happy to here you achieved the same effect as URFA's setup, that is where you need to go, that is what i also experiences
last week with my setup using the  akula pushpull, and my Kacher circuit and using one of URFA's schematics.
the sync. point. very important.
And yes Now I see that even the spacing is needed to reach HV , hmmm interesting!

Yes those 1000 watt Incandescent bulbs got it from Chines store near by.
  To my own experience,  Halogen 1000W bulbs pull more amps then Incandescent bulbs of 1000W, 
Small mazilli back then the output voltage was 35 or so, and many amps.
And yes that time I couldn't leave it on to long because that mazilli circuit was so simple  only with IRFZ34N's and 1Kohm resistors and the right
inductor and caps. yet the Yoke was one of a kind special russian Yoke. I have 2 more of those, other ones do not function the same.

   Glad to see you're back. 
  Ruslan has made a couple of changes on his last video.  One of those changes is that there is NO connection between the grenade's output coil, and the resonator (inductor 12,12, or 24, 24 turns coil), as he had shown previously. I always wondered what that did, as for me it doesn't do much.
And also, that there seams to be no parallel tuning cap (0.1uf), as well. Only caps placed in series.
  Sorry for the blurry pics. He wouldn't move his hand out of the way, either.
