I have attached a simple nanosecond generator circuit which is connected to one of the 2 output of PWM generator at the mosfet driver input.
But i am using 10nf for C1 and pin 1 is connected via 1k to one of the 2 output of PWM generator and optional 10k from pin 1 to GND.
Set at 68ns...70ns to be produce from output of mosfet driver.

I am using high end mosfet driver IXDI614 or alternative IXDI414 which can handle up to 35volts but i stick at 24volts(boosted supply from 12volts) to properly drive CREE SIC 1.2KV MOSFET gate capacitance mere 950pf.Mosfet Model provided previously so no repeating once more."Expensive Mosfet $16USD ea,not a toy for testing"
