I guess it's like this: we have one constant 15kHz and 1.5MHz pulses on so much that I know nothing about this (Tl494uwx0004) something similar that works to 1.6Mhz Where can I find and buy?
This is not standard TL494!

I suppose that this saw what we see on the oscilloscope comes from the output of uładu integrated circuit (TL494XXXX)
-and blue amplitude of the signal at 0.47 nF capacitor there appears this current surge
and the yellow on the oscilloscope is the gate of the transistor
in the case of Ruslan replication, we have a different tone and I have not seen sine the end of Tesla coil caps (aerial)?
it would not make sense all this impulse interrupter? (sinusoidal signal so was the case Kacher)

stroke magnetic pulse (to appear when) we have current and voltage in a phase to see the current flow uses for this purpose a small toroidal with a resistor. 
a sinusoidal waveform voltage and capacitor 0.47 parallel probe?
and that is where we see a blue screen with the peak amplitude of the pulse so I guess?

I have the older versions of Rulsan's pcbs, but do not have his newest board design.

I don't think the 494 will go that high, have you got the circuit diagnosium of that card ?
Also have you got the layout of the other card underneath, lower down as well and or the circuit or pointer, tanks ;)

  So, we know his running frequencies, are related to 100th, or so. Although the actual frequencies, matched up,  may not be the same on another device. Or even another one of his devices.
 
  I'm still wondering how to further tune my rig, without all the latest technologies involved. And, I won't have my scope for another 2 weeks.
   I've tried different tuning caps, different coil wire types, different turn counts, different input sources, different drivers, and changed every component around several times. And I'm still looking...
   
  I think that the key is to build it so that there is not much to tune, by getting as close as possible to resonance, in the first place. That way it will also tend to stay there, and not vary too much, later.
Same as getting a radio station tuned in well, or it can wander in and out of range.

Ruslan himself he says that this is not a standard TL494 because it works only to 1.3Mhz
it must be as he says,TL494 Xxxx.It works up to 1.6Mhz.

Also interesting is that we have seen this picture already and do not know where is this signal?
