You will see it on the Tesla secondary if all parameters driving the Tesla primary are correct.  Each pulse of the burst signal will increase the amplitude of the resonant signal.  Once the last pulse of the burst goes through, the secondary will begin to ring down.

It is an easy signal to identify, but it takes significant effort to get and then more effort to tune to the desired frequency.

Absolutely agree with you Nick. First think is to understand.

We know that he is pulsing Tesla at  around the top of positive half wave of his coils (both coils -Grenade and Inductor- are  tuned together, so they should have the same  frequency, if I right understand)   So ,maximum amplitude coming and he fires impulse to Tesla. It creates the dumped oscillation. The energy collects on the Granade coil and charge capacitor etc.... simple

BTW- he recommends not to ground inductor coil. Only the firs(low) wire of the grenade coil -  some more drop to fill the ocean

Dog-One suppose that if you say that it's very easy then you must know how to tune this coil ? So tell me if I see a different direction on the oscilloscope or just what it looks like starts from right to left?
still a lot I have to learn about the ring These vibrations that bring into resonance if they are traveling in both directions? -
and whether it is seen from the side of the antenna?
- nobody will not do for me to understand how it works for many of you is boring but I do not know?

That fits perfectly inline with him saying to heavily insulate the three turns on the toroid transformer that will be connected to the induction heater coil.  Apparently the signal coming out of the antenna needs to penetrate through the induction heater coil and make it's way to the bottom (1st layer) of the grenade coil.

  Yet, his previous diagram was showing the 3 turns coil going to the 0.47uf WIMA tuning cap(s), which is also going to earth ground. It was also running a short jumper wire to the other 168 turns output coil. So, both coils were grounded there. But, I think that has been changed to not having any connection between the two yoke secondary inductions circuits. Which make the 168 coil not just the output coil, but another inductor, as well.
