Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

@all

To what frequency L2 should be tuned ( resonant):
1) to the inverter frequency?
2) to the nanopulser frequency?

I have tuned L2 to the inverter frequency, about 58 to 59 KHz, but on Dally's schematic and from the coil data, resonant frequency on L2 appears to be from 4 to 6 KHz, although in my calculations I did not take into account the mutual inductance neither the effect of the other coils. In my implementation, I found out that L2 inductance reduces a lot from the stand alone measurement. I can get about 23W out, in a 12V car lamp, and input power is about 40.5W. The interesting fact is that, with no load (lamp not connected), power input increases to 42.5W.

Any clues?

I think this is the 5V regulator for the nano pulser board. He has separate regulators for the VCO and nano pulser as indicated on the schematic.
I think you are correct.
Below, attached are Dally's Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Layouts, and the Belkin_Driver schematic diagram that are posted on Dally's Blog:

P.S.
It is apparent that Dally's nanopulser project was guided by this Belkin document.  I wish somebody had translated it to English so everyone can understand it.
MS-Windows users can view the Belkin.djvu document using this WinDjView free software.

Hi verpie

I didn't ask Dally nothing about кд203A. It's not avalanche diode and can't work in avalanche mode. Only in DSR mode with proper driving and correct winding transformer. Nano-Pulse peak can reach 700V-1kV with steep front of 1ns.

There are complete markings of components on ГНСИ (Nano-Pulser) and ГУН (VCO) - both side !!

Nice PCB find that confirms the direct drive. Its important that this circuit is not deviated from in an attempt to replicate Dally's claim for self running with this schematic.
