i received my ordered Russian diodes yesterday (KD226D) and did some tests with them.
The KD226D turns out to work best in combination with a 9nF/3000V ceramic capacitor and my 10x6x4 toroid (6:12).

At 100V drain voltage, the pulse peaked to 1130V at 14nS with a nano-pulser input width of 119nS.

Increasing the voltage shows distortion probably due to my MOSFET internal oscillations if have.

Next step will be to get rid of these oscillations before trying to hook up the coax coil combination.

At 100V drain voltage, the pulse peaked to 1130V at 14nS with a nano-pulser input width of 119nS.

This calculates to 25.5kW peak power if that voltage was developed across a 50Ω non-inductive resistor.
If you had an antenna connected then you could be "heard" in a 50km radius.

Note that the russian diodes кд226д have a carrier lifetime (t_zh) of 500ns and according to the Table 2 in the Belkin paper their forward conduction time should be 1/10 of that.
I don't think your T1 saturates that quickly, but you could wind a 3rd winding over T1 and apply a DC current to it, adjusted by a 100Ω pot in series with 10Ω resistor, or better yet, adjusted by the LM317 adjustable voltage regulator or even an external adjustable DC power supply. 
A large choke in series with this DC biased winding would be beneficial as it would prevent the attenuation of the nanosecond pulses in W1 & W2 by the internal resistance of the DC power supply or the LM317 voltage regulator or the resistance of the pot.

Good Job ! 

With one КД226 you can pump-up the peak power on 100KWatts in 3ns. The Peak Amplitude 2.2kV on 50 ohms load. PW =3ns. To do this you should use small toroid core with high µ=10000,  7x4x2 winding wire d=0.1mm. Primary 6 turns, Secondary 12. Power supply voltage variable from 100V-180V. If you use 400V MOSFETs you can rise volatge up to 220V without affecting pulse shape. All Blocking capacitors shoud be HV MICA type min 400V.

You should to know that you can also do stabilizing amplitude and sharpening a Nano-Pulses by applying relatively small negative, well stabilized DC bias, about -10V....-40Volts on cathode of your diode. On this way you can reduce Rising and Faling Eadges on 500 ps with ordinary DSRD diodes. You can also get trigger signal for your Oscillograph with smal loop of 1-2 windings around resisor or conductor.

Well then you finish and get 100KWatt pulses in 3 ns you can easy start your new project SAR radar and open first civilian Radar instalation in country where you living !!   

Itsunadze have you plans about building Water Fuel Cells like Stanley Mayer and driving your car on pure hydrogen .... and maybe warming your house on hydrogen 
Now when you made a powefull tool you have opened infinite possibility for research and experiments. Keep it up !!
