I too am at a bit of a standstill. The UK has managed to string nearly 3 weeks of sunshine together!! A very uncommon occurance I can tell you .

But that aside, I finally plucked up the courage to apply a 220 V AC input to the FWBR via a 1:1 isolation transformer. This was rather foolhardy!! As it lasted but a little over 5 minutes before large curls of smoke began billowing out from the windings! It did prove however that we can drive the circuit at "full whack". When I mentioned this to T-1000 he laughed out loud?? He said what else would you expect? He then explained that because of the mixing of frequencies, it would cause havock with the primary side. This is why you need to provide the primary input from an inverter.
One thing I can say is that whilst the circuit was working I had the brightest light output I have seen so far, in fact 100% on the "Watt Box". So I think there is still some hope!

MenofFather has also been in touch and has it on good authority that the internal choke should be 300 turns @100 turns per layer. So I have yet another coil to wind!!

So, as you can read, I still have a few thing to do. One of them is to "Catch some rays".............Not Beta Alpha or Gamma......

  Ok, thanks for the update. Who knows, maybe someone will replicate the Chubinidze device, one of these days. It should work...  but you need have magic shoes... and Merlin's cone shape hat, I think... then say an incantation, or something.

  I've been tinkering away, still using the Ringer circuit as the input source. I put a new Al shield inside my air coil, and if I connect the Ringer circuit direct to the air coil's resonant coil (12 turns) and place my Exciter coil (about 250 turns mag wire) inside of the big air coil I can light a neon bulb Av plug, all over the whole area. I can also light a 25 watt incandescent bulb 100% off of the air coil's secondary, which is only directly connected to earth ground. Also can light a 60 watt bulb, but not as bright as the 25 watt bulb.
Cfls, and led bulbs also light fine, until I fry their small ac internal capacitors.
I still need to obtain the right AC capacitors for tuning the circuit to resonance, which ever those may be, to obtain proper resonance between all the different coils.

Or repeat NMR directly on the wire like akula did.. Grumage is very close to that and I was helping him in background. Also with this summer late heat (32C) there is bit of break away from lab too so things are slowed down for a moment.
The another thing for easy road to Roma might be over magnetism and it looks good on E.
