Besides schematics, the following would be nice to have too:
1) Properties and construction details of nonstandard components, e.g.: inductors, transformers w/ windings and/or cores, spark-gaps, etc...
2) Tuning instructions with I/V measurements of DC buses and I/V scopeshots of non-DC signals.
3) Concise principle of operation with some basic proportions between magnitudes of key phenomena.

This is the Primary Circuit of Nikola Tesla but in a different version used by Carlos Benitez . This set up is much easier to understand than the True Tesla Bifilar Pancake Primary Technique. Carloz Benitez has found a way to replicate the Tesla Bifilar Pancake using a Capacitor and Coil. If you look at the schematic of Tito Oracion posted by Totoalas you will understand by looking this circuit. The Magic Coil/Charging Coil is very clear on this set up, The RED dots I drew in the schematic is a Interrupter=Make and Break Switch Controlled by our PWM Motor Speed if its a Rotary Switching. The Second Primary below is Switch by the SPARK GAP when the Capacitor stored energy is able to jump on the air-space dielectric of Spark Gap. 

This how nature works , by analyzing this schematic Everyone now will understand how to attain the Self Powered LC Tank, which the energy is bounce back and forth.I think I have now cleared your confusion on the TWO PRIMARIES I was talking about. There is also trick on how to wind the coil on the Primary if no CONDENSER is used on the circuit. The Tesla Bifilar Pancake is a COIL and CAPACITOR combination.

It may take a while to draw the real Secondary on this Free Energy Device. Let me know your question and suggestion. I think I have cleared some confusion here? Just keep it simple for Tesla intended to leave this as a gift for humanity. he illustrated it in a layman term for better understanding of Average Minded People like you.

The Second Picture here as you can see the one leg of Capacitor is connected to the Ground, the Conductor to the ground has an additional Transformer for Auto Recharge the same Capacitor when the Interrupter on The Third Picture Switch it ON the Capacitor will discharge its stored Energy through the Load Transformer 10 and Switch 34 Connecting it to the Other Interrupter of the Ground Connection 36,37,38 is Ground Connection. The Capacitor of the Secondary will discharge when the Two GROUNDING ROD is connected by the Two Interrupter,We can see here a LC TANK Circuit together with the Ground/Earth as a Conductor for connection of the LC Tank.

Mode of Operation. This circuit used by Carloz Benitez is another variation of Nikola Tesla Fame Tesla Oscillator. The purpose of using Carloz Benitez schematic circuit is for simplicity and easier understanding how such system works, for I bet everyone doesn't really and easily understand Nikola Tesla.The operation is like this. The Primary/Kicker Coil discharge the stored energy of the Condenser Storage/Battery when the Ground Connection Interrupter permit the completion of the Circuit of the Primary=Inducing Circuit/Kicking Coil for the Self Powered LC Coupled Tank Resonance.

The Primary/Kicking Coil and Secondary Capacitor is alternately discharge by the manipulation of the Interrupter Ground 36,37,38. This what they called "dont kill the dipole" for there is not a single time the Kicking Coil and Secondary Capacitor Discharge turn ON at the SAME TIME. The manipulation of Alternate Discharge here is by the Ground Commutator 36,37,38. When the Kicking Coil discharge,the Secondary Capacitor is Off, When the Secondary Capacitor is permit to discharge, the Kicking Coil is OFF=during this time the Kicking Coil Condenser is also being charged by the Secondary Capacitor Discharge.

Thanks Stupify12 for the Tesla concept schematics. These schematics together with your description look and sound similar to the Bedini / Bearden SG working principle - don't kill the dipole.
