Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Your methods might work assuming someone have access to sensible laboratory equipment...
You are unjustifiably pessimistic.
For example see this video of a laser microphone on a shoestring budget.

;D but I'll be happy just with some current measurements.
--------------------
If they ever get thermometers in his part of the world he could just use one of those?

would seem cheaper than burning up  Meters?

thx
Chet

Very enlighten, Tanks!  It may work.
Now I already imagine how can be done on a yoke core. Half core wound with primary coil, other half left coils free with a aluminum band glued along it, then move laser beam from one end to another on aluminum foil  reflected towards a small solar panel connected to a scope.
Primary coil driven as drain load of a MOSFET, square wave, variable frequency in gate for measurements purposes. I'm right with that ?

I would be willing to sell one.  8)
But how can measure input power with a thermometer ?

In My part of the world they have this thing called a Killowatt meter,It plugs into the wall and tells you how much power your entire settup is using,we also have these things called "cardboard Boxes"
we take our settup and put it under the cardboard Box [EVERY SINGLE COMPONENT}

Then we take that Thermometer thing and put it in the Box too.

Now we have to pay attention ,we run our device for X amount of minutes  we take a pencil and write down the Watts
we write down the Temp
and the amount of time we ran the test.

The killowatt meter will tell us how many watts we used plus we have temp rise..

Now we do the exact same test with the DUT replaced with Light bulbs {only bulbs]

If we fill in all our Data from above and "iF"the Same amount of [WATTS}light bulbs got the box to the same temp.
very sad face
if the box got nowhere near the same temp ......
happy dance time

Its called a fix loss to ambient test {calorimetry][Thx to ION]
The above test is a modified version, however a good "quick check"
and will take the Hollywood right outta this game.............

Appologies for the sarcasm ,it is just Too simple to test these devices as described and this method has been posted  many many times before and requires no expensive equipment whatsoever.
Of Cources an even quicker test if you must use bulbs  ....
is to take the bulbs temp off the mains {or battery] as that it was designed to run on,and then take its temp while being run By the DUT[device under test]
COMPARE THE TWO TEMPS !
The heat is mostly linear but having this info will save you Tons of time and perhaps even save fellow experimenters a lot or their time too.............

Thx
Chet
