The circuit merely needs final tweaking on caps value thats all.

The circuit you posted kills BEMF. And we are looking for opposite - to maximize BEMF in resonant ringing. You need diodes in series before primary coils for that.

  I don't think that any one has built the RMG circuit exactly as Geo has shown on that previous circuit diagram, other than him.
However, that diagram does not give any details as to a feed back path. Which would be what we really need for this to work on its own power. Although he mentioned that he has managed to get it to feed itself back, to some degree, but, has not shown that.
  Geo has a few videos on youtube, so you might want to check those out. He calls this last circuit the RMG, (resonant magnetic generator). And mentioned that he can light several combined bulbs of up to 3.500 watts using this circuit. Although he has not shown that circuit working at that high an output, only dimly lighting a 1000 watt halogen bulb.
He did mention that he is waiting for some parts to continue with the feed back part of the circuit. Caps, and what not...
