Feel free to open a thread. It was Grumage who tipped me off about the vid.
The dc trafo powers the Bedini which causes the meter to stop or slow down.
Could be putting energy into the grid or could just be a technical flaw in the billing system.
This is one for the professionals to analyze.

Yeah, that works and charge battery like 10 times faster. I also found that some time ago but I had also reversed connection to transistor. It's about radio waves generated imho.
