I have watched this a few times !! Can anyone spot a driver chip ??  Hoppy ?? 

I remember some years ago seeing a Slayer oscillator circuit based on a couple of 2N2219 back to back. This design went automatically into self oscillation in the MHz range !!

Just wondering if this is the MO for the oscillator ??

Thanx for this info which I was looking for-----But seeing that it is off topic for this thread maybe we can continue with it on this other thread which is further down the list here at  OU --"Richard Vaille's new theory about negative mass and overunity "   --I had actually posted a query yesterday about it wondering what happened to it.
