Генератор ПУШ-ПУЛ 33 кГц (авто подстройка частоты выключена) качает феррит от TV далее резонансный контур 33 кГц, на биф катушку (индуктор обмотан красной изоплетой) белая намотка по типу граната. На осциллограмме видны интересные всплески с резонансной частотой самого бифиляра, т. е. 1,5 мГц.

I lost my set of images I had ...
someone (akula something?) had a filter module on their kacher.  This helps make it more stable, and isolate the power supply from back spikes...


this has to be within the resonance of the kacher... or can be a destructive harmonic...


Looks like Itsu might either have a destructive harmonic at the low frequency (tune position of primary on kacher?)
Or the pull up is too strong... or the pull down is too weak, so the kacher secondary pull on the base doesn't turn it off very well... or it's turned on too much... or it's turned off too much the pull up needs lower resistance... I'd think it'd be useful to watch the base... and to know what the logic output looks like closer to the ICs

Itsu i think you should try modular buiding procedure. Build one block - test it - and put somewhere untill you finish all modules. Then join all building blocks and do some final fine adjusting.

I have found original and tested Katcher schematic on mosfet transistor. It's very simple to build and test. 50 minutes job.

Well,  i am working in modules, i only put the electronics on 1 breadboard.

Not sure why you point to all these kachers, i have build several which are/were working.
I am now following the kacher setup as presented in the Ruslan diagram now.

If you take a look you will see extra coil just like Tesla TT had and smal RF bifilar choke between secondary and extra katcher coil.  Secondary and Extra Coil are out of phase by 180^o exactly. I must admit role of RF bifilar choke on that place is just beyond the grasp of my mind. Tesla's conception and work is much familar with my mind.

The choke function there is to filter out spike of sinus  wave and it is tuned to dampen all signal except of peak of sinus wave. So the function is same as nanosecond pulser circuit just clever version with 35kV+ range...
Roman explained this in one of videos just nobody cared to translate it into proper English.
