47nF and 10ohm resistance? Are you sure? I placed mine to 460ohm and still is hot like hell! Is there any possibility your cap to be of a smaller value? Like 4.7nF instead of 47?

i double checked, the ceramic cap shows 473 and some unused others measure between 50 and 53nF
The small resistor measures 9.9 Ohm.

The only difference is that i don't have a varistor there. Perhaps makes a difference. I will check again. Thanks a lot Itsu!

Ps. For the records it was a burned channel of Ir2110 that was causing the heat! Tnks

hi everyone,

Due to time shortage and receiving 2 version of IGBT inverting and non-inverting driver today eg:TC4451,TC4452 and IXDI414PI.

I have archive all the latest details in rar file and attached with some explanation.All from Ruslan video.

I am a little distracted at the moment as i need to start experiment with my unofficial version one I/C:74HC132 nano-pulser which previously produced nice inverting nanosecond waveform(Better than 2 I/C version.Remember i mentioned less gates used in circuit means less noise  from gates)but this 1 i/c circuit i need to use the inverting version for IGBT driver.

There are other things which i wanted to mention but i will leave it for a another day maybe.

1 I/C circuit was posted by me previously.No repeating.

Seems that not synchronizing. And he in his circuit not draw synchronisation.
