Yes, I get that spikes, but not all ferites making this spikes. I use Ni-Zn ferite ring TSF28X0716.  28x7.5x16mm.[/size]

I have watched this Russian video which explain about the toroid with copper wires in itself which indeed produce the spikes which one of the 3 turns of yoke is going through.
But i am little lost if the winding on toroid is shorted or connected via resistor as shown in this video since i don't understand what was spoken.

At least we know now nanosecond pulse produced by toroid is a 100% requirement to achieve the effect to light 400watt bulb.

itsu please do take note of the hint as already reveal in the image it's 10meter for 25turns and 5meter for cable length used for earth grounding.This should clarify some of your doubts on windings.

My measurements give resonant frequency of almost exactly 2MHz for the grenade coil. I have set the PWM frequency to a 60th of this at 33.3KHz. My Karcher is running at 1.73MHz. Do I take off more turns to reach 2MHz, so as to match the grenade coil frequency? The inductor and series cap don't seem to have much effect.

I found it easier to manually scan to find the grenade coil resonant frequency, first using the coarse tuner on my SG, then switching down to fine tuning when the maximum amplitude has been found.

   How can you obtain a self running device, or OU,  iF you don't provide for a feed back loop? As the system will be just an inverter, only, without this loop.

  I'm hoping to use a looping system similar to what Akula had on his first device, at least for the first try at it. But, I understand that there needs to be a good output, and bright bulbs, even without the loop, first. But, no OU will be obtain at that point, without further providing for a feed back loop.
  I do realize that we are all just at the very first stages of testing.
