Hi John. I would guess he was talking about the push pull driver, as Ruslan has previously said he is using
a 2SC5200 bipolar transistor for his Kacher driver. Ruslan will have to clarify this...

I think he speaks about Katcher, because he says "Mosfet works better " .  For Push-Pul he wasn't using transistors.
