I am almost sure that katcher's reduced performance is not the problem of not getting OU results. Ruslan's Katcher is also very weak but his device performance is over unity. How you explain this?

I think you are almost certainly right. This is why I've parked my replication for the time being until I can work out how Ruslan might have achieved self-running. No amount of fiddling around with my present set-up is likely to achieve a self-running result. Ruslan either faked it or he is hiding the most important part of it. Yes, its the conceptual level, not a failing at the technical level that is most likely the stumbling block.

Sorry, maybe not the matter of this topic (but who knows)- can you make a transistor from the coils?? I mean system of coils behaving like a transistor?

I have left my experiment on a side for a while , work is keeping me away to much from the bench work.
but upcoming week I will continue.

To bring thoughts back, I really see that the caps play a big role within Ruslan/akula devices and it's what storing and discharging the massive outputs. coiling to step down or convert the radiant into a usable and  tunable output. the way How I see it .
Remember Ruslan also used some of akula's schematics to try to replicate succeeded, we could also see in some very
old vids where he shows analyzing on akula schematics, the info is also in there in front of us pretty sure of it!

In http://www.teslauniverse.com/nikola-tesla-patents-685,958-utilizing-radiant-energy there is a plate which can be charged from Tesla coil electric field. The method of charging can be refered as electrostatic. In Kapanadze/Dally/akula/Ruslan devices instead of that plate you get grenade coil which is receiving that charge and also has connection to the ground. Since the antenna from the Tesla coil is "hot" end if you would look in a way it is a capacitor plate the second "cold" capacitor plate is the grenade coil. And due coil geometry the windings are making up standing wave nodes which most likely are functioning as electrons trap when the current is being drawn from Earth and given back...

I think you should look into the work of Eric Dollard and Konstantin Meyl. What you are referring to is called magneto dielectric fluctuation. When a signal source has a common ground with another circuit(Ruslan/Dally) the dielectric capacitance of the "loading coil" which is what I'm sure your referring to as the antenna actually has a very sensitive coupling with the a capacitative mass corresponding to the actual signal transmitter, whether the transmitter is purpose built in the vicinity or is far away and of colossal size compared to the second circuit is of little importance. What I am trying to get across is that there are two methods to tesla's single wire transmission. One is by standing wave in one coil of wire, one is by standing wave through earth made possible by the capacitance between transmitter and receiver. They both work as transceivers in this mode.

If this is the nature of the coupling between components then it could be possible(albeit unlikely) that electrons are being electrostaticly confined between the loading coils capacitance and the grenade coils capacitance but the likelihood of an ionization event from the the primary power source being an efficient donor of electrons without losses in heat and environmental dissipation of the byproducts of the ionization event is nil. I do not believe the feat is impossible to achieve (combining resonant rise with some form of electron accumulation) but I'm not sure that this is the form it comes in.
