OK,  regarding the coil configuration:  the diagram says 120w and 3w and 4-5w.......   does the 'w' represent 'watts' or 'turns' on the coil?

Can you post more reference material for this capacitor design?

Aleksei Komarov Etheric Lantern

Patent name "System of Delivery and Amplification of Earth current by atmospheric electricity from independent current cource". Current output at load is last 2 times bigger than current at input. Goal is in special construction of assymetric capacitor (not electrolitic). Inner (smaller) plate of capacitor must be connected to source and outer (bigger) on load.  Good variant are many Layden jars or Tesla types assymetric capacitors.

The Vasmus tutorial on fields was very useful.

It may be a tad more involved than what's shown here but the Vasmus device is likely exploiting the same active fields. Good to have someone to explain it or this would not have struck me as a source of energy.

  The odd thing with the newest Ruslan device, (the one with the big coils, and top-hat), is that it and some of his other devices don't output any more power than his previous 2300 watt unit did. And it's much bigger.   
  Ruslan has lots of different circuits, but they don't show any increase in output, at least no higher than 2300 watts.  Or not? 
   And, what about the RF interference caused by such big coils, when inside ones house?
   Akula mentioned in the video that Wesley translated, that the HF RF waves could be picked-up 1 kilometer away from his device.
