Yeah ! to me it's like the Sykes companion coil. I would think it has 2 x Tesla coils cw and other ccw with the other coils you can see on top. but does the copper pipe fit down the middle, sounds like some experimentation needs to bne done and tuning for resonance for it to have a good out put like the originator is showing. It's about spin.

Aliengrey. It is related to spin. I tried to build a similar device called E-Stress amplifier and kept busting the dielectric. The E-Stress amplifier is allegedly a self runner.

My guess is the copper pipe is flush against the pipe on the outside, the first 'layer', but I could be mistaken.

  Thanks for the correction MenofFather. Seams like a wasted effort then, as compared to his previously shown device, self running and producing 2300 watt output. 
So then, where's he hiding the 5000 watt device that he said that he is working towards???

   Are you still working on the Akula second video device?  Any luck yet?

He seems say some false information, then he say, that he have 5 kW divice. Bil Gace also say one time, that he have operatin system, then he not have yet it.
I not working on second video divice now. I now not know on that divice work, because not see how get overunity.
