Well,  maybe the maker of the video speaks mistakenly on the IC types? Just erring, don't you think it is a possibility? Anyway, you and others have already found schematics and PCB boards with 74HC00 or HC132 as the 1st IC type, followed by a 74HC14 and then came the MOSFET driver.  I do think if you follow this, then this circuit part will surely work as it comes from the funtions of these logic ICs. 
Good luck for making a simply PCB or even you can assemble the schematic on a breadboard like a Veroboard or similar.

  Thanks for your reply Gyula.  I don't understand Russian, or Ruslan, which doesn't make it any easier to know what's going on.
  It just made me wonder about all those Schmitt triggers, changing any input wave to a square wave, but then Ruslan is showing a sign wave, at both the yoke secondary/grenade circuits. Any way, it is what it is...  a sign wave.
   
   Maybe it's time for me to think about a spark gap, instead. As I'm sure TK didn't need all those components to be able to reach twice the output levels at 5kw. Nor Stepanov, nor SR 193, nor Vasmus, nor several others.
  And now Ruslan's schematics are getting more confusing and complicated than ever. 
 
   Akula's 2250 watt big twin Tesla coil device is still sending out RF, now headed for plutooooooooooooooo.

   Gyula: Here's a fairly resent picture of what my Mazilli/yoke/grenade set up looks like. although it changes almost daily, it's a replication of the Akula/Ruslan yoke/grenade/Kacher device.
  The flyback core along with the larger cap, on the left bottom corner, is for the feed-back loop.
   It has a 12v input, and 120v output to the 100w bulbs.  The feed back path does work, but not well enough to self run. Yet.

Well, by now I think you can consider that the Akula setup includes digital circuits which mainly work with square waves or pulses by default and the LC circuits always change pulses to sine waves.

   It is the same basic principal that has been mentioned by several inventors. Although they may not really know, for sure, but are still able to make it their device(s) work, in a self running mode, by Impulse Technology.
 
  Do we really know where the additional energy is coming from, when a magnet is passed by a coil?  NO,  the Aether, as a sea of energy, is not part of the common ideology. Science has neglected Teslas ideas, when it suits them.
 
   Overunity as such, does not exist, and never has. Those that think so, are barking up the wrong tree. 
  We DO know that energy does not come from the magnet, or the spinning coils.

   As I've mentioned several times before,    "Sun Light" DOES NOT come from our Sun, as is still being taught in our schools, today.
  Sun light is produced, right HERE, on the atmosphere of the Earth.  But, only on the side that is facing towards the Sun.
  There is no so called "Sun Light", between the outside of the Earth's vortex field, and the Sun.
   It's dark and extremely cold between Earth and the Sun, except within a couple of thousand miles away from the Sun,
as NASA has known for years.
  Think for a second, as to why they are not telling us about this...

   What does that have to do with theses self-running projects,  Everything!
