I can not believe I examined last film, and  I found the answer !!!
all this time we had it on the tray .ha-ha 
Here is the answer :
we need to get a sinusoidal signal at two times the voltage and current of the move this phase Wow .. (and it all comes to an inductor coil)
when the voltage drops precedes it current and then we inject impetus!.

So I do not understand the language on the video but I think you are saying the that the impulse from the HV (Kacher) should be at the top of the current waveform, which is 90° leading the voltage due to the inductors influence.  Is this what you are saying and trying to convey?  So is the impulse 2x the sinus or the sinus 2x the impulse?

   So, then can you do this?
   I watched the whole long video, and don't understand any of it, so if you understand Russian, please help us to understand any important points.
   Or better yet, if you can demonstrate and show us what you mean.

Not quite right, - on induction you have current rising after voltage is dropping from the peak value. Both are sinusoidal and where they both have crossing point you hit with pulse from Tesla coil on that time. This is what Ruslan was saying in that video on 10:50...
