These are the facts that i have found during my 4 month 300 dollar build.
70 %  Thats it.
When the rubber meets the road we have a 70% device as shown with this schematic provided and a video with closed top boxes.

I see no strange effects during any of my build time or in any videos online, the only effect i have seen with this device is when the tesla impulse is provided it is capable of shutting down an FET on the yoke drive, that is the only thing that is special here. When it starts to happen you think you have overunity but you don't, its only a dramatic jump in efficiency up to about 70%. as measured.  Keep believing in bullcrap and pretty soon your part of the bullcrap.

There is no component in this that does anything with spinwave so cut the bull.
There is no special advantage to resonance - resonance only increases efficiency.
There is no special phase timing to impulse the tesla on top of the yoke drive signals. (again only small change in efficiency)
There is absolutely no benifit to connecting to earth ground, with a long short or large wire. (other than keeping the thing grounded to prevent static buildup)
There is a normal and expected field around the tesla antenna completely normal operation as any 1-2 mhz transmitter will have.
There is an ability to light up several light bulbs but output never exceeds the input.
There is no special added energy from the bucking coils on the ferrite rod. This is total smoke and mirrors.  (your output will increase without it)
There is no source of nuclear energy from a special tv yoke so cut the crap. ( we are nowhere near disrupting the strong force with this little 2000 watt device)
This is how i see it and i am just a guy who fixed tvs for over 20 years. I have worked on all kinds of switching power supplies inverters and high voltage horizontal and vertical drive circuits. This is a very over sized inverter running at 70% efficient 12- 24volt in 100-220 volt out. nothing special at all i cant believe i was tricked into building it from a guy with closed boxes in his videos.
Shame on me, will someone tell ruslan to send me a gift card for 300 dollars to cover my parts.

But maybe i am just a naysayer and you can extract energy from the vacuum spin wave energy of the vortex resonant air coil combo of time compression of the either collecting  bucking coil configuration if the sun reflects the correct cosmic wave into the Tesla designed wave guided photon belt of the 2012 pole shifted position resulting in the magnetic dielectric of ferrite core expressed on the Hubble time constant phase locking with Hawkins radiation of scalar waves thus outputting extra energy via the internal time distortion caused by the acceleration past speed of light from the special effect as brought into a 3 dimensional resonance.

Just waiting for the next video with closed boxes to push us past 70 % and finish this puzzle.

Anyone who has studied Ruslan's, or similar, devices in detail and is skilled in the art quickly conclude they are definitely real and can perform as demonstrated [at least those presented by credible designers/inventors]. There are many full and partial replications appearing in a variety of configurations with varying performance levels. Ruslan's meet a high standard indeed. You can, in fact, build the various pieces and verify performance incrementally; but closing the loop (balance and synchronization) can be quite a complex challenge and possibly difficult (as most already know). No Cook Book yet...

Indeed, it is easy enough to build various modules and light a number of light bulbs. However, closing the loop has never been adequately and technically demonstrated on the fora by any designers / inventors. Maybe someone can change that situation for us by adequately demonstrating their own self-runner or someone elses. Here is a list of primary requirements: -

Set-up the demonstration in an open and external location, not closely flanked by a forest of trees (for convenient siting of the earth rod), or close to grid power lines!
Remove the lids from all component enclosures and show viewers clear and steady close-up shots inside all enclosures.
Lift the complete project mounting board and clearly demonstrate that there are no wires running off the board (with device working), other than the earth cable and lamp load wires.
Show the complete installation of the earth cable and earth rod, including a clear close up of the cable type on the sheath of the cable and the stripped ends of the cable.
If a separate lamp array mounting board is used, ensure that at least one of the load lamps is fitted to the main mounting board. Show disconnection of the lamp array board during demonstration.

Demonstrating a claimed self-running device in a workshop / room is a complete waste of time and effort.

It is hard because it forces to find answers for difficult questions, like how to integrate kV power pulses to fill 400VDC capacitor. Building efficient DC-DC inverter is enough of troubles , here it is escalated...
