Ideally I want to see if a solution could be derived from components and circuits that are readily available without having to design and assemble custom circuits and drivers

Ideally the main question here should be: Which components and circuits are needed at all? Remember, Tesla (the electric car) and Moray (the board full of bulbs) had working devices in the nineteen thirties. Therefore, I don't really see why one should use any electric components not available in those days.

Apropos: Tesla car.

Was there really a need for 12 vacuum tubes? Or were these tube just fake? A genuine Tesla-fake perhaps?

Interestingly, why is youtube full of fake videos? Is it, because someone wants to make it harder to find the real videos? Cui bono?

I believe him. Not because I know him or can trust him, but because I know that this type of device works. Even if I can't make it do so, myself, yet.

Fundamental question: If a real working device has to be complicated to a degree that obviously no one can replicate it successfully although it is shown in plain view, then why is it that Kapanadze, Stepanov, Barbosa, Moray (and so on) have to hide continuously parts of their devices?

   Ruslan has been the only person up to now, that has successfully built a working replication of his version of the Akula second video device, and, now has managed to almost quadrupled the output on it, as well.
   I don't care who believes it, or not.  BTW: Ruslan is not hiding, anything.  He doesn't have hide, what's not there. 
  Even if the all the right component are given, which they are, in schematics, videos, tuning tips for the push-pull, Kacher building overview and tuning etz...  Not a single person in the world has built it, right.  What can you expect?
   
   I believe that the actual effect generation, is simple, in itself, but the hard part is finding the exact resonant frequencies, and then be able to maintaining them from varying. Akula has shown just how you look for and tune the device to find that sweet spot.  The sweet spot that no one who has been purposely trying to obtain it, that proper superposition, has been able to find. Except for Ruslan.  Who's worked his butt off to get there, and Oleg, or course.
  If you had an electrical engineer (like Oleg, or even Oleg himself) at your disposal, you might be "there" too. 
  If they really have nothing to hide... that is...

Who's 'they' Alien? I've already stated that I think Forest has posted the correct albeit simplified schematic. I for one would like to see more details from Forest on the circuitry.
