Very interesting that Ruslan states he cannot remove the ground wire while in operation or it will blow his electronics.  We know he has the Tesla driver circuit fused, but apparently a fuse will not save the silicon when the ground is removed.  Things must become so out of tune everything becomes a dead short.

It's an electron accelerator. You need earth to get electrons and to bring them back to ground.Or you will have probably voltage rise in ground plane, hard to guess, but if electrons are accelerated and they are in limited amount then I suspect they get rised speed . Compare to my simplified schematic.You take 1A of current from sinewave AC generator and it gets a 'kick' on current wave tip.
Now the question is how to synchronize such event ? Any ideas ? I know perfectly how to detect zero crossing on voltage signal but that's not the same because current is mostlyy shifted in phase and this shift change depending on output load (of if you have perfectly resistive load then it might be not a concern , just like in case of Ruslan 4kW bulbs ) ;-)

  I don't think that Tesla would agree that his systems worked by accelerating electrons, at all. Electrons were not in his vocabulary.
What are now called Tesla waves, is what we may need to study, to understand the interaction, between normal "hertzian" waves, and "Tesla waves". This is where the extra additional energy effect is generated from.

SO is the grenade coil the secondary, the extra coil and the pickup coil all in one then?

The device outlined in the link does require grounding due to using VSWR and wavelengths, a loss of ground would fry the electronics output stage much like a radio transmitter due to the energy not having another path but thru the electronics.

So again tuning is all down to coil dimensions, wire lengths and mass. The grenade coil looks to cover the reduced inductance by the way it is wound. so thus the question  /statement of the extra coil above.

This is where I sense some confusion, especially for myself.  For any coil, we have three lengths:
1.  The physical measured length of the wire used in the coil.
2.  The Hertzian wavelength for the coil based on the frequency, speed-of-light relationship.  Self resonance, etc.
3.  The non-Hertzian or Tesla wavelength based from...?   Not real sure here, the earth?  Some higher order transmission?  A tensor field wave propagation?

Can anyone accurately associate #1 and #3 so we have a clue as to what we are looking for?

I am pretty confident the grenade coil is actually more than one coil, just wound together.  The very outer 2x12 and 2x24 windings are probably the quarter wave inductor, or part thereof.  Confusing to me though if this is on the receiver side.

   Yes, it may be that disconnecting the earth ground line, is very similar to disconnecting the antenna on a ham radio, then pressing the mike button. As in this case, the earth ground line (thick black copper cable) is also a tune 40 meter long antenna, coiled at the end for fine tuning of the
best frequency,  before going to the grounding rod.
