   As we can see, there are many different diagrams. Which one actually works?
All of them, or none of them?  So, we keep guessing and wasting time and effort.

Just assume no one of them are plug&play. The best working circuit is from factory or own design if you got skills for making them from scratch.. For Ruslan they are quite generic - the induction heater circuit with PLL and trigger output for timing on/off cycles on connected Tesla driver circuit, the Tesla coil driver with PLL and with trigger input, the voltage step up kilohertz range power inverter for Tesla coil primary power and  the wide voltage range power supply for loop back power input. Depending on frequencies you can get right off shelf with simple additional diodes modification or have to build all components yourself...

  Reinventing the Akula/Ruslan device can take you forever.  Better to stick with what already has been shown to work. What ever diagram or schematic that may be.  Your guess is as good as mine.

  I think that it's time to work from a simple working system, and develop and improve upon that.
  And not start with the most recent and most complicated scheme.

Picking up random circuits won't make working device. You have to understand the purpose of each circuit then correct mistakes there before using. It is also all about fundamental working principles of device there not the electronics which can be designed from scratch when you know what are you doing...

With respect, you always come across as appearing to know what the fundamental working principles are for the Akula, Ruslan and Kapanadze devices and yet never divulge this. Are you able to replicate the Ruslan 'forest' self-running device and demonstrate this in a meaningful and properly conducted video? I'm not necessarily asking you to do this, just to be honest by telling us that you can or cannot do this. This is as annoying to me, in the same way as other skeptics repeatedly saying to you and others, that they think the devices are faked, without showing any really clear proof.

    Hoppy, T-1000:
    We have already heard just how the basic system is supposed to work, many times.
    T-1000 is showing that Tesla had experienced these "effects" from two different currents producing the fireballs, and also mentioning that something could be done to utilize that effect, for a positive and useful purpose.
 
    I agree that if some one has not built anything such as the particular device being discussed, you should not make it sound like you know how it works. Because you don't.  All you know is what you've heard of it's mode of operation.  Which may be right, or might be a smoke screen.

  Here is my suggestion, as previously stated, which is still on hold, and waiting:

to sell us some of those boards.  That's, what I'm looking for. Buy it, mount it, and use it,
without all the unknowns and testing, we are facing now. At least, once they find which ones works best".
