  So, from reading the Rusian forum posts, what I got was that the grenade is still being wound the same original way with opposing turns, not all one way. And now Ruslan is giving the Kacher circuit 53v, not 12v, or 24v, as he had done previously.  Saying the the higher voltage was needed to do what the lower voltages could not obtain. And in packets of pulses, instead of the ns single pulses.

   But, It sounds like some of the guys in the Russian forums are as confused as we are...
   Oleg lives in a near by town, not the same as Ruslan's town.

   I didn't read all the 56 pages of that Russian forum thread, but they have a long ways to go to catch up with as many posts and pages we've had to go through.
And yet no one in the whole world has a shown a working replication. Yet.

Today I connected my new Tesla coils with Kacher and  on the scope I could read the frequency 720KHz. Tha's aproximatelly 1/2 of my target frequency (1.36MHz - 1.5MHz).

Interposed question: Since the Kapanadze (and Stepanov) device works at mains frequency (50Hz in and 50Hz out), why struggle with frequencies of 1.5Mhz? Just curious.

Kapanadze use spark gap to oscilate coil(s). Does it spark in 50Hz?  I do not know. Not sure what is between input and output.

Nick,  About that packets of pulses, How can you get them in this setup?  I have packets of pulses on my different device -It is a brovin Kacher with three coils on one ferite core.  I guess that ferrite rod (its magnetic propagation delay or ferroresonance, not sure) cause the packets?
But how to get them on the tesla?

   I don't know about the pulses, but, as he did not need them previously, I would think that they are not totally essential for the device operation. Nor a PLL, or stabilizer, voltage regulator, and other add ons, that may not be essential for the "effect" to be noticed.
   I don't know if Ruslan has shown what those "packets" of pulses look like on the scope.
 
   I'm still trying to get my Kacher to do something noticeable to the grenade's inductor coil.
  So, far,   no cigar...

   As I don't understand Russian, and Russians don't understand Ruslan, we're in a heap of trouble.

   Zeit:  the 15khz, or 1.5Mhz is not the steped-down voltage, or frequency at the bulbs.
But, are the running frequencies of the push-pull oscillator, and the tuned output of the Kacher at the antenna. Circuits using several turned earth ground connections, to the same earth ground.Which is now 40m long, and connected to a water source, water pipe, swamp, wet soil area. For better conduction, from the air to the ground. As ground line is another antenna/capacitor coil. 
  50hz on Kapanadze's device(s), was the steeped down the final useable voltage. I believe.
  TK's  uneven spark gap discharges are possibly on there, to ground any EXCESS current that builds up.  Like lightning bolt to ground, the cloud is still charged after the lightning strike.
   So, TK's spark (SG) probably is not serving the same purpose as compared to the Akula/Ruslan devices were there is no such SG.
Nor may the TK's SG entirely necessary for it to even be there for the device to operate. Therefore nor faked when the spark does not fire. My opinion.
  So, Zeit, you might want to change the fakes list, and put TK's device pics on the list.
Of the still unknown and unproven devices, which may be for real.
