But I wanted to show, that you have to measure, and find the hot point for every coil, it depends on lot of factors.

  The ground is an important point, as it won't work without it, and won't work well even with it, unless it's thick and of the right size.  Maybe the ground line can also be tuned, similar to how it's done with ham radio antenna  frequency tuners.
   
  What I see, is that there are three circuits, not two, to be tuned for proper frequency matching.
As the grenade's output coil, is also an inductor, and much stronger one than that of the 3 turns coil circuit.
And so, that grenade 168 turns output coil,  it not just the receiving output coil.
  So, like Geo showed, the yoke's 3 turns/induction coil circuit, first, needs to be tuned to work in resonance with the grenade's output coil/inductor circuit. Afterwards the Kacher's HV circuit is interposed on top of that, and tuned to have the highest gain in the effect it causes on the two grenade's magnetic current circuits.

   On the other hand, is there another solid state, (non-moving), device that is giving better results, and that is being replicated with success? Not that I've seen, in any of the different forum topics, nor anywhere else.

   I do want to mention that, when I short circuit the 0.47uf caps on the 3 turns coil, with screwdriver, I observe a much stronger output at the 168 turns output coil, and bulbs. And, a stronger spark at these caps when things are in resonance. As well a much stronger feed-back circuits voltage and current levels.
Could this be the coil shorting effect that is being discuss elsewhere???

- Tesla coil primary winding to which frequency range will be needed?( because TL494 will give us 15kHz Now the question about the chip  Ic1 14hc00
at which the maximum frequency will be operated?
-and no push-pull (and no longer needed (pack)*(a system for control of stabilizer) and is not synchronized with the TT circuit controller? I have to try it out!.
