Lol . is only a moment of relaxation with friends and my poor sense of humor 
This circuit is not yet finished and is not a full resonance , because i have sure the main transformer will fry because is designed for low frequency and the frequency are tuned for reasonable work without risk of damage of transformer .
But my path is a bit different of work that is present in this subject.
I only give a opinion about the subject of how drive to provide hv nothing more .
I dont say that the work of others like Akula or ruslan are wrong , but we take differing paths to achieve some similar effects and my suggestion is to people start think by own head , some much divergent opinions can do mess in people when is time to make good choices.

I am curious what the transformer which you used to obtain HV.Is it a high frequency audio transformer or high frequency voltage transformer at 27khz..

I can't help to notice that you used the transformer shield to connect to negative of capacitor in circuit board.

I am not familiar with driving a transformer using less than 10mA to obtain HV and output is a sinewave.....
