  Vasmus does not use nor need a tv yoke to produce the output that he has shown.
  I believe that Ruslan has also proved and mentioned that the tv yoke is not absolutely needed.
  But, if you can find a 3 inch yoke,  use it.  Smaller yokes were found (by Akula) to not work as well.

Ruslan used the TV yoke because Akula did and Ruslan wanted that device to look like Acula's Akula used TV yoke because it was at the hand that time. Ruslan said that any ferite toroid will work.

This unit of Ruslan and Akula relies on a special type of core - yoke used. re T1000, it's in the back pages once excited gives off useful pulse radiation he is saying unless you obtain and use this device you have no chance of it working re T1000 also it collects ground current. I have been watching other you tube video's and it does not appear to be the only way the Donald Smith device uses a different form of harvesting in his lectures

I think this needs to be verified with Arunes T1000 to verify this or ask him for help in obtaining such a device if that's possible!

The resulting strong fluctuating magnetic field was source of the output power. The side effect was neutron fallout with 15 minutes life then the beta/gamma radiation after they decay...

Would be a problem to make an collector (shield) on the top similar to what Steven Mark was using on his TPU??
