Someone would be out of his/her mind to fake device while spending thousands of dollars and months of sleepless nights just for that...

The two things are not the same with Kapanadze device and the amplified NMR in the yoke experiment. It won't be spewing X-rays with Ruslan device replication, or Ruslan would be hairless and having radiation sickness already..

I hope not! I was only referring to working on the type of device shown in the Lithuania experiment.

I'm curious if he could offer any tuning steps or situations that can be identified early when the device cannot work as configured.

I notice he winds his grenade coil starting from the opposite end which I do prefer and based on his hand-drawn schematic, it appears he drives the toroid transformer with IGBTs instead of MOSFETs.  I also noticed in his videos he has some pretty nice test equipment and tons of electronic parts, so I'm guessing Sergey is no average tinkerer.  He may very well be able to share some experience as to how to go about getting this device to work, what to look for and what to avoid.
