Hi Void, Nick -, Yep, if I good remember he was showing an year ago two conical tesla coils and getting  "more" out than in?  Anyway, the main thing is what he says about the "right" modulation -Something similar what is going on on Ruslan's device, and may be this is why Ruslan has his video on his YouTube   Just a thought.

In hurry, what he said is he is using slow frequency over fas one (or vice versa) - in other words- resonance in resonance- Exactly what Ruslan does.  In his particular video he is using 50Hz over some xx Khz (check the video, I don' remember now how much) and his ouput is 50Hz.  --  Void , click that CC symbol in right /down corner and it will partially translate what he says.
