This latest Kapanadze video is a nice one to dig into and it looks like TK's team have done some by digging a very possible 'X' cable into the ground to feed power to the device via the lamp array wires! Notice that after the lamp array mounting board is moved, the cable gets concealed.

Hi AG. Keep in mind that with Kapanadze you just don't know what is an essential component
and what is just a decoy. Some of the circuits in there could possibly be just for show, and not
actually doing anything. It's really hard to say.

Yes, that's the right video. Low tech device with low tech fake.  The black modules are likely mostly all eye candy.
