Agreed, but the key question is: was the request made as a condition before the visit or was it simply assumed that there would be no objection given the system would not be running for this inspection.

Hi Hoppy, It seems quite unlikely that they wouldn't have hammered out such a critical detail before
agreeing to the demo, but it is always a possibility no matter how improbable, that your contention that
they were all very mentally handicapped is correct. 

Again, there really would be no point at all in going to all that trouble and expense to go see Kapanadze's
device close up in person if you couldn't at the very least inspect the ground wire and ground lug when they
were disconnected to make sure there was no funny business there. You might just as well just watch the
Kapanadze videos on youtube if you were not going to make sure that inspecting the ground wire and connection
point were agreed upon ahead of time. If they didn't do that, they surely were wasting their time and money.

I agree with your logic but equally, if they did inspect the disconnected ground wire and lug, then why do we see a video with the most important part excluded. The only logical conclusion I can come up with, is that the team did go equipped with the intention to carry out a full test and inspection but were prevented from doing so.

Yes, silly lick test bearing in mind that having been caught out on the Aqua2, they were most unlikely to try the same stunt again, if they were really intending to demonstrate the 2015 device to investors. The guy even measures the braid with a clamp meter thinking that a zero current reading would show that Tariel was not hiding anything by not showing a reading on the Aqua2 braid but probably not realising what Verpies has pointed out in his post above; that the same zero reading would have been shown with the mains being carried in the braid of the Aqua2 device.

Unless that ground connection in just a decoy, and real power to device coming thru a live and neutral from underneath  aqua heater base or electric fire or fun which was not never moved from place, and Aqua3 box contain only a relay to close circuit. But that is just a possible way to fake that demo, not a prof. We'll never know for sure.

someone checks the credibility of the person who claims that the device is working in a hostel?
claims that the particles of the ground load on the oxide-coated copper tube!
Another problem is a set of ferrite rings that are charged and acted as a filter he calls particles and interestingly
-Coil which has no resonance but gives tension!
-HV modulated then goes to the primary coil!
-L2 Modulation coil (probably as the aforementioned "mediator")
-L3 output coil!
-L1 accumulate electrons (which link both coils)
These partial sparks that we see,this is most likely alternating current!
coil supports resonance?

Vasmus shows the earth wire being disconnected from his claimed self-runner in his video, so, yet again, why was evidence of the most important part of the inspection left out.  a.king21 maintains that the lug was disconnected but could not / would not supply any evidence of this when I asked him for this way back in the other Kapanadze thread. Are we so naive to think that Kapanadze really believed that this inadequate video of his device would impress any would be investors. The video just made the investigation team look stupid, so I'm intrigued as to why the team did not bring back and post their own video evidence of the earth wire disconnection and close inspection. Surely, compiling evidence by filming the most important part of the inspection would have been a primary condition made by the team prior to the visit.
