Perhaps you are thinking the wrong way, drop your programming from the tech lab and go back to basics, for a start if you go back through all the other clips you can tell in his voice he is fed up telling and proving the technique, lets go back to how the earth works it's a large capacitor, energy travels which way from the sky to the earth, why ? BALANCE so think how would the earth do that ? when you have worked that out you will have got your head round the truth ?  next thing did the Yanks really go to the moon ? the answer is yes and how do we know Photographic evidence from the Chinese ! and in what way would that be ? do your homework and stop being a skeptic on this one.

Have you ever heard the term ' don't destroy the dipole', do you know what that means ? or could mean in your case ?

someone checks the credibility of the person who claims that the device is working in a hostel?
claims that the particles of the ground load on the oxide-coated copper tube!
Another problem is a set of ferrite rings that are charged and acted as a filter he calls particles and interestingly
-Coil which has no resonance but gives tension!
-HV modulated then goes to the primary coil!
-L2 Modulation coil (probably as the aforementioned "mediator")
-L3 output coil!
-L1 accumulate electrons (which link both coils)
These partial sparks that we see,this is most likely alternating current!
coil supports resonance?

I reckon the only thing he is really fed up with is not convincing the right people and making piles of money for his efforts.

Vasmus shows the earth wire being disconnected from his claimed self-runner in his video, so, yet again, why was evidence of the most important part of the inspection left out.  a.king21 maintains that the lug was disconnected but could not / would not supply any evidence of this when I asked him for this way back in the other Kapanadze thread. Are we so naive to think that Kapanadze really believed that this inadequate video of his device would impress any would be investors. The video just made the investigation team look stupid, so I'm intrigued as to why the team did not bring back and post their own video evidence of the earth wire disconnection and close inspection. Surely, compiling evidence by filming the most important part of the inspection would have been a primary condition made by the team prior to the visit.

Hi Hoppy.  I don't know if a.king21's group inspected the ground wire and ground lug when the ground
wire was disconnected, but it surely would have been a waste of time for that group to go out to see Kapanadze's
device if they didn't do that. Until that group confirms either way, it is anyone's guess what they video recorded and
what they didn't when they were there. They are certainly under no obligation to try to provide proof of anything to anyone
else at any rate. It would be nice to see if they do have a video clip showing them inspecting the ground lug and wire with
the ground wire disconnected, but you say aking21 has stated they did inspect the ground lug and ground wire when
disconnected, so that at least leaves the door open in this regard. 

Hoppy, if a.king21 had said the group inspected the ground wire and saw hidden wires, would you then take that as
proof of Kapanadze's devices being fake, or would you still say you would need to see the actual video evidence of
those hidden wires before you would accept that Kapanadaze's devices were fake? This should work both ways.
I think we all know you would not be asking for video evidence if that had been the case, You would be declaring Kapanadze
an absolute fake, as you already pretty much are just based on pure speculation alone.

Hoppy, you need to consider that speculation and rationalization is not evidence. Kapanadze's devices could well
be fakes, but at least he has let people inspect his devices close up in person, and, so far at least, none of these people
have reported finding tricks that I know of.  Until there is some actual evidence that Kapanadze is using tricks, then
there is always the possibility that it is not fake. Speculation is simply not evidence of anything.   I will leave it at that amigo.
