   Are you using the low 1% duty cycle, as he suggested, to obtain the brightly lit up bulb?
   Seams like the low duty cycle compresses the pulse signal, and thereby obtaining a higher peak , than when using a higher duty cycle. That was mentioned by Akula, or someone, I just can't remember who said it now. But, that was the idea.

   Full brightness at 1% duty cycle?  Why only 1% and not 10 or 20%. 
   If you can get full brightness at 1% that would be an "unusual effect". But, can you?
It would be important for anyone, I would think.


   Grum: Thanks for the link to the TK patent. I've read it, and understand the idea. Although there are no specific details of each component on the patent. At least we get the idea, (which some guys are still not certain of) that the second bobbin obtains it's "extra energy" from the surrounding air. As Tesla has mention also.
So, it IS a Tesla based type of device, and Kapanadze has referred to Tesla ideas in its basic mode of operation, as well.

The winding's used in the transformer are solid copper wire,the coil assembly
is like an ordinary transformer however,its dipped in an epoxy.
You can not extract the wire from it as you can from an ordinary
transformer.In order for Tariel to rewind the core he would would have to use
new wire as the needed configuration would not be present in an ordinary transformer of this type normally.
Also these types of transformers have to be restrained to eliminate buzzing.
Tariel would have to hide the modified transformer other wise you would guess
what the secret component was.Heat is generated in the transformer in operation,with a IR camera you would guess
what the component was, which is why Tariel would not allow the use of a IR camera by the team.
In my opinion neither the tpu nor the kapanadze devices are perfected devices,Kapanadzes devices
must burn out after a short time,in the case of the tpu it would burn up in a fire very quickly.
It would be ok for someone personally, but useless to a manufacturer ,a lot of liability there.

no way,Tariel got mad,ask him to tell you about it.My theory is he used the ruse of a mechanical device
to hide the real device,he must have discovered the secret a while back,
before the aquarium 1 device.This should help you as I have said on ward and forward,don't let the skeptics derail you,while it is not absolutely proven that the kapanadze device is real since there is very little information as to construction it,it is very possible its real,you have to gather sufficient information
to attempt a real replication,which at the moment is not possible.
If you hero worship Tesla your chances are zero of success.

You need to ask aking21 on exact details,the mechanical device was
a front to hide a device similar to the other non moving devices hes made.
The hidden device powered the mechanical wheel,you have to examine
the video where he runs the device in a warehouse,the real device is in a box.My opinion is it was to prevent anyone figuring out anything as Tariel like SM is terrified someone will figure out there device.The wheel is also a hook,it creates an unusual device,with unusual characteristics ,its a conman trick to draw people in.
