What akula told me personally it was too high operating frequency in the Tesla coil for transistors to handle. So the large device ran inefficiently and was capable to light up only CFLs...

Well it was reported on this page that Akula 0083 had difficulty getting his device to work in Germany, you didn't say why till now, and we are only trying to get to the bottom of how the device actually works, If what we have been told isn't correct please feel free to fill in the spaces

last years one guy in http://realstrannik.com website have shown circuit design ,with 24 volt input 1 amp ,he is able to light 3 60watt light bulb of 110 volt.
no more information is there other than the picture ,he says the capacitor and inductor  act like a lever.

The connections matrix:
L1 + C1 + L3 - series resonance
L2 + C1 + C2 - parallel resonance
L1 + C2 + L2 - series resonance

Also it is worth mentioning the L3 is changing induction of L2 and inducing current there. And C1 affected by two current flows. The output of L2 is directly related to the output between beats of 2 series resonances.
