   What no one has been able to do, is to PROVE where the additional , or extra energy is coming from. 
   There are only two possible choices, it seams. That it comes from the surrounding ambient, or it comes from some form of nuclear decay, such as nuclear dissipation and molecular decay of the copper, ferrite, etz...
   Either way, if the device works to produce use able energy, does it really matter?  So, long as it doesn't affect your health.
   But, as no one has a working device, as yet, we can't know for sure what makes it tick, one way or the other.

And stuck in infinite loop trying to explain it without touching real working devices.
And in other hand there are lots of attempts to explain how the output power manifests inside of devices but people are having hard time to replicate even simplified bits from it. Which is quite worrying as no theory can have grounds without actual physical devices assembly and countless tests.

My suggestion would be to keep your hands busy in the lab instead and keep trying to replicate at least base effects in open system  before gaining understanding on about what need to be done for real OU device..

    Talking about base effects...
    I found this little self runner, and thought that it sure looks simple enough to qualify for studying those base effects.
    Makes me wonder just why it has not been replicated, though.

From what I know already from akula and others the core is most likely home made and mixed up with some magnetic material inside. If that is the case the demagnetisation stage takes longer than magnetisation and this is where extra energy gain is being obtained in the resonance.

P.S> The little dirty secrets like that make them not possible to replicate unless you know what exactly makes that device tick.

  It's a regular conventional flyback core, nothing special about it.
  Don't confuse the issue with what it could be, when there is absolutely no proof of that.
  In any case, until this small self running is replicated, we won't know for sure.
