Roma did not respond as of yet to my invitation.
That might  be due  fallowing reasons.
1.he is afraid  "smart guys"
2. he has not much to gain and a lot to lose ( I did not offer him  money nor business relation)
However I said that my  OK is all the money he ever dreamed of
3. he has nothing valuable to show

   Anyways, we need to know if Poma's self runner is for real.  So, we don't waist even more time on that, if it's not.
   What a round around...  Any new info on that would be most welcome.

    It would be good to stay in contact with Poma, in any case, as that simple device could be just what we've been waiting for.

Everything is just relative currency value.
For me $250 can be just cost of 2 weeks of food for my cat.
or one  weekend trip to Montauk Long Island
or diner for  2 in  not very fancy restaurant in New York suburbs
Union worker would unlikely work for $250 per day
$250 in most NY labs  is not enough  to pay for even 1 hour of work.
In NY Illegal  emigrants from  Mexico ( South America) are asking $300- 350 per day of  work and for less they  rather "stay at the corner in packs- groups" waiting for better offer.
Cost of gas, tolls, to enter NY from Staten Island  , through   Manhattan 1 hour parking ,Bronx Triborough Bridge and back is around $250 
Flat  tire on highway may cost you $750 or more. (get AAA)
