We need to trace out the circuit I don't think the values are right as the first bistable timer is wiped out by the second as it is the same polarity and longer duration, also the 47-ohm load resistor gets very hot and burns out.
but I think it just needs some work doing on it, katcher section.

I have seen many replicas of Ruslan,not all are successful, perhaps because Yoke coil location.
Between Yoke and grenade coil is 90 degrees. If you move the yoke , the effect will not occure.
See Geofusion movie.
Is just luck for Geofusion to have in the right place the yoke coil.

I raised this issue way back as the reason I think for the increased bulb brightness when the Kacher switches on.
