People! Realize this simple principle:

A self-runner gives you a yes/no binary information whether you hit the OU target.
Measurements give you an analog information how close you got to the OU target.

The difference is like between shooting a bottle with a blindfold and without it, with no knowledge where the bottle is. 
You will hear the bottle break when you hit it, but it will take you a much longer time to do it compared to the case when you are not blindfolded and have a feedback, how close your bullets are getting to the target.

verpies it is easy to give advices but it is hard to make self-runner and publicly present it under the fear for own life. The past teach us that successful self-runner builder does not live long after go to public. coincidence ? i dont think .

verpies  or at simple way saying: Everybody can be a general after the battle  - but be a general in the middle of the battle !!
