Ah..OK. This makes some sense. Do you see that HV is spark gaped to earth? Something that Ruslan doesn't show on his circuits.

    T-1000:
   I don't get it...  why is there yet another new diagram? And not the device we are working on up to now, the Akula second self runner?  What's up with that?  A diversion from a working device??? 
   Where is the working model of that new circuit?  And why the change. It this simpler to replicate, produces higher output? No? Then why the change, and why the spark gaps?  For noise and ozone, or what? Previously not needed...
   Please explain... as I have my doubts about all this, as it looks like a diversion tactic by Akula. With no clear winding instructions, just to keep us buzy going no where. Again, and still, and looks like a runaround and guessing game, to me, also.
   Am I wrong about this?  I'd like to know.

As many guys are struggling to have precise control over what is happening with outcome from mixing when the electronics is doing all logic, that diagram is simply replacing all precise controls to shotgun approach. Which simplify schematics to bare minimum.
The main thing with getting power amplification is the external process which is not in close loop circuit and it is source of main output power.
It is not distraction from what we are doing but it is another approach to same effects from different angle.
