Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Oh! well done now try telling them what to look for in the core material in the data sheet and or how to set it up, I wish you luck.

I don't do any "telling" around here.  Only suggesting what single ingredient may be part of the special sauce.

If reminance (sp?) is part of this equation, tiny soft iron shims between the yoke core halves may also be
helpful.

I do remember that "moustache wave" Ruslan showed us which means the core is being pushed into saturation
where the flux locks in a particular polarity.  I know first hand, efficiently transferring a nice normal sine wave
of current into the inductor coil doesn't seem to fit the bill.  I beat that dead horse well below ground level.

I think Nick is pouring some serious current into his yoke, so he may be hitting the saturation
range, but if the flux isn't locking, it may not matter.  Just want Nick to have all the possible
options laid out there for him, because unlike most everyone else, eventually Nick will try them.
Which is why Nick will get this thing working at some point.  He's serious and in the end, that's
all that matters.

PS i used your fishing line air gap thanks very much ;) .

IT does raise the frequency for sure, but it's very tough to gauge just the right size you need
so the frequency falls where you want it to.

Itsu: I been playing around with different snubber caps and resistors, and have managed to drop the peaks a bit, as well as the heat on the snubber resistors, and also the fets are staying somewhat cooler now. But, I've lost the "effect".
So, I have to look for it again.
As we don't really have any proper tuning instruction, perhaps I can show how to go about it, once I learn the ropes.

I recall that I could only get the 'effect' with one of the mosfets running hot, which is why I deduced that the 'effect' was dependant on a chaotic condition brought on by mosfet avalanche.

Indeed Dog. Nick's dogged approach gives him the best chance of success. If OU is out there, Nick will discover it.

Yes, well my fets are not running hot right now, and both are working fine.  I have not really "lost the effect".
It's just harder to find it when running at lower voltages, that don't saturate the cores. Radio Moscow only can be heard when running over 200v. At least in my case. So, this is not about failing fets. My fets are fine, and I've ordered a bunch more of them, as well. Just in case.

That's good news Nick.
