Just to be more precise, the 24V power supply is from mains in the video. When bulb is not lit it takes about 0.5A for katcher. When top load capacity increased with additional heatsink and 60W bulb is lit it takes 2-3A of current.
Nothing unusual there as you can see.

The first part of your comment I agree 100 % I have already been ask to respond to it. by Stan.

Despite the fact that 500 millions rubles  was spend by Russian Government  to investigate the possibility of providing prove of its existence, Western Scientific world  has been in disagreement  to such   evidence if any.

The unfortunate is that most of that extremely well educated part of former Soviet block  is already dead or retired.
Due to cuts in education and crises  in 1991-1999  after Perestroika some of Jevish  heritage  scientists and professionals managed to run from Russia.
Most of them used help from Nayana and Hebrew Immigrant Aid  Society HIAS ( all together with families around 1.8 million people.)
Russia was left almost with no specialists suffering in shortage of rocket engines , nuclear weapon  maintenance and  manufacturing.
After murdering few known figures to scare others from leaving
Russia  in 80ties, they found themselves in sort of rabbit hole ,and even more of them left.
Jews   possibly to their not sufficient  health, strength and musculature  have no choice but to become merchants, traders, scientists, educators, teachers.
Russia had nothing to offer to Jews but oppression.
somehow it is evident that most of inventors and  most of scientist happened to be Jews in Russia.

Russian aggression and annexation of Ukrainian Crimea  in 2014 Russia lost most of  Ukrainian made rockets  and Antonov heavy lift technologies.


Even if we say that Russians are weird corrupted and money laundering  we would not be less wrong. ( although much of it is universally true)

Really! Well I bet the engineers who worked on Edison's DC switching circuits didn't think so.

Since all you need is some DC voltage and some inductance and a fast pulse flash over and you have
thousands of volts killing you instantly as you close the knife blade switch.
Cus that's what happens as the supply voltage is already at the knife blade switch but it takes time
for the current to build up in the inductance.

Interestingly Konstantin Meyl says the energy is coming from neutrinos. Gerson Paiva , who was involved in studies into ball lightning (Brazil) and has patent applications for a free energy device (https://patents.justia.com/inventor/gerson-silva-paiva), attributes the extra energy to muons. Doing a quick google search I find that muons decay to electrons and neutrinos. So maybe the ether is neutrinos?

There is no interesting here - this is not a "time reversal".
The old oscilloscope has this problem if its input is connected to a source with a dirty synchronous signal.
Usually I see such a "time reversal" on my S1-75 if the time magnification button is on - the time is "x10".If the button is off - there are no  "time reversals".
Often, if the pulse width is small, then use the x10 button (Mag). This is not always correct.
Old analog oscilloscopes can not operate normally with a frequency or synchronization  or pulse width, that do not match the specifications of the device.
With other oscilloscopes may be different, but it does not change anything. This is only technical Bug.

Use the new good oscilloscopes to measure within the limits of the technical data of the device.
