I know the guy I spoke to him and T1000 did it to.
Actually T1000 knows him better.
Yes he did electronic boards to Ruslan.
But he did not make  the boards interconnection and final  testing of  working device at the time I spoke to him. _{( 4 months after  Ruslan  publication})

Oleg mentioned that Ruslan is not easy to deal with, or to be more accurate  Ruslan does not hold to anything he agreed too.

I could say I'm  in good relation with Ruslan  or I might be if immediately needed.
It is kind of   like :

However I have my own  agenda  in this area.

In years, I become  the guy who do not want to interfere with anyone business but many of them turn to me,
possibly because I prefer to describe my thought processes as:
- "emotionally driven." /   very logic-driven brain,/ I  tend to thrive in methodical practice
Willingly or not I was recognized as no BS guy,  however I  believe there are  skeptics  acting  upon their own individual opinion.
Than I was asked a questions and dragged  into  each  and every individual  project,
Than  I was checked  for loyalty and than dragged even more deep.
I know it  may sound strange but In some cases I was not even ask if I want it.

As much as I would love to be like  T1000 , as much as I respect Arunas  for  who he is  I can not be like Arunas any longer. 
I hope one day I will have  comfort of being more open.
But I believe I did not lose the very foundation of me myself.
I never sold myself  and I have had the chance to do so  even two days ago.
I'm still not  at home.

I'm sure that both Wesley and T1000 would be happy to help unriddle the tuning mystery (if there is one) but as I understand, T1000 is still in the process of building and Wesley has not so far built a grenade type Kapanadze / Ruslan device. Early days.
