Yes I failed  to satisfy you and others like you.
But I didn't fail these few others who  found me  valuable and  worth to be their depository of Intellectual Property.

It's not an ex wing targeting a reactor exhaust port on the death star but we might be on a prison planet.
If we did focus on recent post though I would say some stuff might have a part but the whole Ruslan device is packed with
active importance one highlighted recently by a few is the hair pin circuit, it's that you need to focus on and find out how it
actively does it's job in stead of asking silly questions or arguing about splitting hairs. I suggest you look else where as you wont
find it on this tread although it makes good reading in depth should you decide read more than 10 pages back

    Whatisit:   This thread topic was started based on the device made by Dally, Tariel Kapanadze's cousin.
Dally provided all the information to allow for a replication, which Tariel's device did NOT have. Yet, no one has been able to replicate it, either.
   As you can see Wesley is controlling his thread, like a bulldog. There is another Kapanadze thread though, which may work for you.
    So, if you'd like to talk about a Kapanadze device, it's best to use the other Kanandze thread. Not Stivep's thread, but the other Kapanadze thread. As Wesley comments about many different type of devices, many of them are not self running, nor have anything to do with free energy.

   Stivep:  Can you tell me why you think that the last posted link to the Stalker replication is NOT self running.
Hoppy said that he was using a PS, but, I see him disconnect it. Another fake, or what? As you know, I don't understand Russian.
