   Duncan:  You have shown nothing. Just your supposition that TK's ground line is hot. Keep guessing... But, this is not the Kapanadze thread. So, PLEASE keep your posts on the topic at hand.
  We are really NOT here to discuss fakes. But, what WORKS, instead.    Consider this a warning...

what is the exact value of the choke coil that you. uses?
at the kacher, and capacitors.
Because I have noticed that different inductance values make a big difference between one choke coil and another.

Look in the diagram is 22uH (microHenry) on one part and 22uH on other. This means 0.022 mH (miliHenry)
both windings are in the same direction.


on 1 inch ferrite toroid, make 10-11 turns for one part and another 10-11 turns for the other part, both in the same direction.
